Bringing Communities and Providers Together
As part of its mission to serve rural Arizona, the Rural Health Office maintains the Arizona page of the National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network (3RNet) web site. Through the use of this site, the Rural Health Office facilitates the process of bringing rural communities and prospective providers together. Use of the site is free of charge for both healthcare providers and for rural hospitals, clinics, health centers, and private practices that want to advertise positions. Through this web site, rural opportunities get national exposure to hundreds of providers interested in practicing in Arizona.

The Rural Health Office focuses on recruiting the healthcare providers that are most often sought by rural facilities—doctor of medicine (MD, DO), nurse practitioner (NP), registered nurse (RN), physician assistant (PA), certified nurse midwife (CNM), and dentist (DDS)—although any provider position could be recruited. Specialties most often include family practice, internal medicine, general surgery, psychiatry, and obstetrician/gynecology. Read more...
