Join the Arizona Rural Health Office staff at the Critical Access Hospital 2008 Board of Trustee Training in Flagstaff, Arizona. The Training is made  possible with funding from HRSA Office of Rural Health Policy to the Arizona  Rural Hospital Flexibility Program, The UA Zuckerman College of Public Health. Come learn, share, plan, and maximize the opportunities offered through the Critical Access Hospital Flexibility Program from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. on August 6, 2008.

Board of Trustee members and CEOs from our Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) and
CAH-Eligible Hospitals.

Location:
The Board of Trustee Training will be held at the Holiday Inn Express in Flagstaff, AZ

Cost of Attending

The Rual Hospital Flexibility Program will cover the cost for two board of trustee
members per CAH and CAH-Eligible hospital and mileage reimbursement for

one vechile per eligible hospital. Please make checks payable to: Rural Health Office, University of Arizona.
